Agreement

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should therefore make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Aproder.

App changes and charges

Aproder is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

STRK offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (STRK Premium and STRK Platinum) that unlock additional features within the app. Subscriptions are offered in weekly, monthly and 3-month durations. The exact price and duration of each plan are shown inside the app before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed and refunded by Apple. Aproder cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store; refund requests must be made to Apple.

Virtual items and consumable purchases

The app also offers consumable in-app purchases such as Diamonds and profile Boosts. Virtual items have no monetary value outside the app, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Consumable purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. Virtual items may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for a violation of these terms.

User content and community rules

STRK lets you create a profile, upload photos and exchange messages with other users. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it.

Every user can report content and block other users directly from the app. Reported content is reviewed and we aim to remove violating content and remove the users who posted it within 24 hours of a report. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate an account at our discretion, without notice or refund, when these rules are broken. Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a STRK account, and older where local law requires a higher minimum age. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the required age, we will delete it.

Data and security

The STRK app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and it could mean that the STRK app won't work properly or at all.

Third party services

The app uses third party services that declare their own terms and conditions:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• OneSignal
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Internet and device requirements

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Aproder cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or a data allowance.

You accept responsibility for any charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Updates and termination

The app is currently available on iOS and Android — the requirements for both systems may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. You promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.

We may wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you will end and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.

These terms are effective as of 2026-07-31.

App Store terms

This agreement is concluded between you and Aproder only, and not with Apple Inc. Aproder — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.

In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Aproder is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance of these terms, will have the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary. These terms incorporate Apple's Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User License Agreement.
