Overview

Aproder built STRK as a free-to-download app that also offers optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined here.

Information we collect

When you use the Service, we collect personal information and other information about you. Sometimes you provide it directly; other times we collect it automatically or receive it from a third party. Where your express consent is required, we will only collect your information if you expressly agree.

We are committed to transparency regarding the collection and use of image information in particular. This policy discloses the methods and purposes of collecting, processing and sharing images you upload.

Consent

As permitted by law, consent to the collection of your personal information may be implied. In certain circumstances express consent may be required, and we will obtain it where that is the case. Otherwise, your acceptance of this policy indicates your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information.

Subject to legal and contractual restrictions, you may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us. Note that some parts of the Service require your personal information to function properly; if you refuse or withdraw your consent, those parts may not be available to you.

How we use your information

Your information may be collected, used and disclosed for the following purposes:

• To connect your other accounts, such as social media accounts

Personal information

The app asks for contact information (such as your email address) and personal information (such as your name, username, date of birth and profile photo). This information is used to operate your account, to let other users find and recognise you, and to contact you when necessary.

We do not sell, trade or exchange your personal information with anyone. We do not disclose information about your individual use of the Service, or personal information that you provide, to outside parties except where we believe the law requires it.

Uploading a profile photo is optional and always initiated by you. The app requests camera and photo library permission before accessing them; if you decline, the rest of the app continues to work and only photo upload is unavailable.

Purchases and subscriptions

Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your credit card number, billing address or other payment credentials.

To keep your entitlements in sync across your devices, we work with RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We receive and store a purchase identifier, the product purchased, the purchase and expiration dates, and the current status of your subscription (for example active, cancelled or expired), linked to your STRK account. This information is used only to unlock the features you paid for, to restore purchases, and to provide support.

Legal disclaimer

We may disclose personal information when required by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with the law or with legal process served on us.

Links to other sites

The Service may contain links to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and practices, and we cannot be responsible for their privacy practices or their content. In certain instances an advertiser may ask you for personal information; we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of advertisers.

Children's privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.

Prevention of CSAM

If you come across CSAM or any content that endangers a minor, report it immediately at [email protected]. We take these reports very seriously and act swiftly.

Reporting and safety

We provide tools for users to report inappropriate content directly from the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and action is taken based on the severity of the violation, normally within 24 hours. Users can also block or mute other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

Law enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving CSAM and other illegal activities. Where required by law, we may share relevant user data to assist investigations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
