Questions, answered
Do I need a Snapchat account?
Nope. You can use STRK on its own and chat right inside the app. Linking Snapchat just makes it easier to move the conversation over once you've hit it off.
Who am I actually seeing?
Real people who signed up to meet someone new, same as you. Face verification filters out fake profiles, and you can report anyone who slips through.
How old do I have to be?
You need to be at least 13, and older where your local laws require it. Accounts below the minimum age get removed.
Can I control who finds me?
Yes. You can hide your profile from discovery at any time, and filter who you see by country, age, gender and interests. Block anyone and they disappear from your side of the app entirely.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and tap Delete Account. Your profile, photos and messages are removed from our servers. You can also email [email protected] and we'll handle it.
